Erickson Senior Living is excited about the opportunity to bring a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, in Arizona. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the seniors who signed up and joined us for the planning sessions in October 2024. We are in the early stages of a public development process and we look forward to sharing details about our plans for a new community and receiving additional feedback from stakeholders in Arizona.
The public can monitor Erickson’s development application filed with the City of Scottsdale on the City’s Planning and Development website.
