We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the seniors who signed up and joined us for the consumer planning sessions in February 2024. We are in the early stages of the planning and development process and we look forward to sharing details about our plans for a new community and receiving additional feedback from stakeholders in Tennessee.

Windsor Run Community

Matthews, NC

Among our newer communities, Windsor Run is home to over 600 independent living residents and opened its doors in 2018. Residents can enjoy abundant amenities, convenient services, and onsite healthcare as part of the Erickson Senior Living lifestyle on a private 60-acre campus. Construction of Windsor Run’s second neighborhood is underway and features 188 additional independent living apartment homes. In 2021, White Oak Terrace, a new independent living residence building, was completed and featured 113 stylish apartment homes.

Highland Springs Community

Dallas, TX

Highland Springs, located just north of Dallas and minutes from the metro area, welcomed its first residents in 2006 and is now home to just over 1,300 residents. The community features nearly 1,000 cozy, independent-living apartment homes as well as ample space for residents who may require more care. In 2021, Highland Springs opened Edgewater Place, a brand new independent living building with 107 apartment homes in a variety of spacious floor plans. Also that year, two sparkling new dining venues, Table Eighty Ninety and White Rock Bistro, were opened and feature a casual setting and delicious meals. Situated on 89 acres, residents enjoy both green and blue spaces, such as walking paths, gardens, gazebos, and outdoor dining patios. The campus has other outdoor amenities such as a greenhouse, putting green, bocce court, a registered Monarch butterfly garden, and the stunning Bluebonnet Lake.

Ashby Ponds Community

Ashburn, VA

Ashby Ponds is situated on 132 acres in northern Virginia and has more than 1,675 residents. It is one of Erickson Senior Living’s largest communities and has embarked upon several expansion projects since opening. In 2021, Ashby Ponds opened new fitness and aquatics centers, a pickleball court, and dining venues. Along with its Northern Virginia sister community, Greenspring Village, Ashby Ponds is regularly ranked as one of the best senior living communities in the country.
