Discover Erickson Senior Living

Erickson Senior Living is a national leader in senior living and healthcare. They currently operate 21 continuing care retirement communities in 11 states and are growing.

As the developers and managers of every community they construct, Erickson Senior Living is invested in the long-term success of their campuses and in creating environments that reflect the local market and where residents will thrive.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)

CCRCs are a special type of senior living community, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing care on one site. Residents can enjoy an independent lifestyle with resort-style amenities and services. Higher levels of care are conveniently located so that residents are cared for if their needs change. This continuum of care ensures residents have the stability of remaining in the place they call home.

Wind Crest Community

Highlands Ranch, CO

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, 15 miles southwest of Denver, Wind Crest sits on an 85-acre campus and is home to 1700+ residents who enjoy a maintenance-free, amenity-rich apartment home living with abundant amenities and convenient services. Two new independent living buildings, Summit Square and Quincy Point, opened in 2020, adding more than 200 new apartment homes. In 2021, an expansion of Wind Crest’s Colorado neighborhood added over 150 new apartment homes with the opening of two more independent living buildings, the Colorado Clubhouse and Bierstadt Terrace. Additional amenities include a second community indoor pool, two restaurants, and an outdoor amphitheater. During the early stages of construction on the Colorado neighborhood, triceratops fossils were discovered on site and donated to the Denver Museum of Nature and Sciences.

Highland Springs Community

Dallas, TX

Highland Springs, located just north of Dallas and minutes from the metro area, welcomed its first residents in 2006 and is now home to just over 1,300 residents. The community features nearly 1,000 cozy, independent-living apartment homes as well as ample space for residents who may require more care. In 2021, Highland Springs opened Edgewater Place, a brand new independent living building with 107 apartment homes in a variety of spacious floor plans. Also that year, two sparkling new dining venues, Table Eighty Ninety and White Rock Bistro, were opened and feature a casual setting and delicious meals. Situated on 89 acres, residents enjoy both green and blue spaces, such as walking paths, gardens, gazebos, and outdoor dining patios. The campus has other outdoor amenities such as a greenhouse, putting green, bocce court, a registered Monarch butterfly garden, and the stunning Bluebonnet Lake.
