Scottsdale, Arizona

Erickson Senior Living is excited about the opportunity to bring a continuing care retirement community, or CCRC, in Arizona. We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the seniors who signed up and joined us for the planning sessions in October 2024. We are in the early stages of a public development process and we look forward to sharing details about our plans for a new community and receiving additional feedback from stakeholders in Arizona.

Erickson Senior Living's Application

The public can monitor Erickson’s development application filed with the City of Scottsdale on the City’s Planning and Development website. We believe people thrive when they are part of a community, and that our campuses thrive when they are part of the area in which they are located. We pride ourselves in being a good neighbor long before the first resident moves in. Not only are we dedicated to serving Arizona seniors, we serve their families, neighbors, and friends. Our partnerships with local leaders, business owners, and community members is always ongoing.

Erickson Senior Living is a national leader in senior living and healthcare. They currently operate 21 continuing care retirement communities in 11 states and are growing.

As the developers and managers of every community they construct, Erickson Senior Living is invested in the long-term success of their campuses and in creating environments that reflect the local market and where residents will thrive.

Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)

CCRCs are a special type of senior living community, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care and nursing care on one site. Residents can enjoy an independent lifestyle with resort-style amenities and services. Higher levels of care are conveniently located so that residents are cared for if their needs change. This continuum of care ensures residents have the stability of remaining in the place they call home.
